Key Responsibilities
As part of our consultancy team, you will play a central role in supporting our immigration services, including:

Preparing and drafting all necessary application forms, cover letters, and business descriptions.

Coordinating applications with clients and ensuring timely submission of documents.

Maintaining and updating case management systems and shared folders with accuracy.

Providing administrative support such as scanning, copying, and document preparation.

Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks and office support as required.
Requirements
We are looking for someone detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn within a professional yet supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

A bachelor’s degree (or similar) with proven proficiency in business writing.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administrative or office-related work.

Proficiency in English (business level), Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a small team setting.
