Understanding the Total Cost of a Visa Application
Your total cost has three components, and it helps to see them separately when budgeting:

Our service fee: the fixed amounts listed above, covering the professional work on your application from case assessment through to visa delivery.

Government fees: charged by the Immigration Department or the relevant authority according to its own fee schedule, and payable regardless of whether you use an agency. Third-party costs where applicable: overseas courier delivery, certified translations of supporting documents, and company incorporation for Business Investment Visa cases.
Because our fees are fixed per service, the variable part of your budget is usually the third-party costs, which depend on how many documents need translation and where your visa needs to be delivered.
Why Service Fees Differ Between Visa Types
Our fees reflect the amount of professional work each scheme involves, not the value of the visa itself. A Visitor / Transit Visa is a comparatively contained application, while the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme involves a points assessment, documentation strategy and selection exercises spread over months, which is why it carries the highest fee. Renewals cost less than initial applications because the case foundation already exists; the work centres on updated documents and continuity rather than building a case from scratch. Investment as Entrepreneurs sits at the higher end because the application must present a credible business case, with business plan writing available as a separate service for applicants who need it.
When and How Payment Works
Our engagement process keeps payment simple and predictable:

You book a consultation and we assess your case and confirm the appropriate scheme.

We confirm the scope of work and issue an invoice covering the applicable service fee.

Payment is settled in full before work begins, in line with the nature of the services. PayPal and Stripe payments carry an additional 5% service fee, so bank transfer is the most cost-effective option.

We prepare, review and submit your application, and keep you informed through to delivery of your visa.
There are no staged payments to track and no surprise invoices mid-process: the fee you settle at the start is the fee for the engagement.
